Researcher and designer
Welcome!
I have experience driving humanity-centred research and service design across diverse industries, including healthcare, UK government, academic research centres, charities and global agencies. For example, UNICEF, UK Department for Education, NHS England, Parliamentary Digital Service, Global Disability Innovation Hub, European Council of Autistic People and more.
My approach focuses on understanding and valuing people and services, with a strong emphasis on integrating data and evidence to inform strategic decisions.
I have a deep commitment to accessibility, inclusion, equity, anti-racism, trauma-informed practice, participatory research, safeguarding, decolonising practices, and humanity-centred principles.
